This project is designed to give you an opportunity to use STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) skills to develop a solution to a “challenge” you will receive and to do so working with students from the US.

Two schools in Moscow, Russian Federation, and one school in Miami, Florida, USA, will be “twinned” to provide an interesting way for you to communicate, interact and jointly develop cross-border STEM projects.

You and your fellow students will form teams of six –three students each from Miami and Moscow-- and once you know who your teammates are, each team will develop its own “brand.” You will explore resources and interact with business experts to come up with innovative ideas addressing a specific task (a “challenge”) related to STEM. You and your teammates will work together to develop your proposed solutions into business plans/concept papers. You will compete with other teams and present your projects to a jury of business experts who will select the winning teams.

Teams will communicate and collaborate using the project’s web site, the virtual meeting technology “My Room” hosted by the Project administrators, and emails.
