November 16-22 

A project launch online innovation tournament - an intensive learning experience that engages students in idea-generation and creative collaboration technique. Through a series of activities teams will come up with and present innovative, viable solutions to the Tournament challenge.

December 12 – by March 5

A series of mentoring sessions  led by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) e-mentors who will support US-Russia teams' work while they develop innovative STEM business concepts that will get more tourists to come to Moscow and Miami.

March 5-9 (exact dates TBD)

A mid-term project online semi-final providing US - Russia student teams opportunity to present their projects to the panel of judges who will select TOP teams with strong potential for their projects to become real businesses.

March 19 -22 (exact date TBD)

A project online final providing TOP teams opportunity to present their projects to the panel of judges. Winning teams will be selected and announced by April 10th stage.

By mid-June

Winning teams’ travel to the Silicon Valley where they meet their teammates in person and visit high tech companies.

Meet US-Russia STEM Project Panel of Judges

Semi-finals Completed March 12. Now on to the Finals!

After several months of hard work, the US – Russia STEM project teams submitted their Concept Papers which were being judged by HPE experts.  Following the judges’ review, teams presented their projects at My Room and answered judges’ questions at the semi-finals held at HPE My Room on March 12.

US-Russia STEM teams are now entering the final stage of the project.

By March 5 teams should complete their Business Concept papers and upload them at Teams' profiles on the project website to be reviewed and scored by the Panel of judges.

A lecture about the recruitment at HPE will take place at HPE My Room on March 1 at 4 pm Moscow time

Viktoria Svistelnikova HPE Talent Acquisition Consultant will tell students about the recruitment at HPE, and about the interview process in large corporations.
