During this event 8 US–Russia student teams worked under tight deadlines in order to develop and present a solution to the challenge.
The challenge was revealed on the 1st day (November 16) and students worked in international teams of six to deliver their solutions using all the communication tools they agreed about previously, individual strengths and skills of team members that they learned about through the team-building exercises and guidelines provided to help them in their team efforts. Solutions were successfully delivered on November 22 to be reviewed by experts who will provide their comments to help each team continue joint work in order to develop their ideas into business concept papers. Mentors from business will give lectures and advice.
The semifinal for concept papers will be during the week of March 5-9.
