Recently we've listened to a lecture about the interview for a job in a large company. The Lecture was conducted by Viktoria Svistelnikova HPE Talent Acquisition Consultant, so Her professional experience was very important. We spoke about the peculiarities of recruitment, procedure of an interview and about some of the tricks in the interview. It was very interesting and it will definitely help us in the future. We had a wonderful lecture with Viktoria Svistelnikova, HPE Talent Acquisition Consultant. First of all, we learnt everything about the process of recruitment. We understood the main mistakes of people, who want to get a job in a big company. It is really important to pay a lot of attention to the process of interview. We didn't even realise that Talent Acquisition Consultants always clap eyes on every our word and movement. We got a magnificent lecture and were lucky to get an important life experience that would certainly play a big role in our future life. We thank JA Russia, HPE and the lecturer for an opportunity to take part in such useful event.

We participated in an online lecture held by JA and HPE. It was devoted to the recruitment at HPE, and about the interview process in large corporations. Viktoria Svistelnikova told us a lot of details abot the process so that we could use all the hints in the future. We asked some questions and Viktoria answered them clearly. Now we will feel at ease while interviewing. Thank you very much!

We want to express our gratitude to Victoria for her lecture. We learned a lot about finding the right person for the right job. We got useful advice how to behave during the interview and got information how Victoria evaluates the candidates in order to select the most suitable person for the job. We think that knowledge we got during the lecture is very important for us in the future. We now know much more about recruiting in the modern company and now we feel ourselves more prepared for the attending the job interview in the future.
