Frankly speaking, I liked the STEM tournament because of the process of discussing ideas. We managed to unite all our opinions and thoughts to create something really amazing — our idea. Moreover, the project gave us a chance to learn some new things related to modern technologies. I also found the task to be rather creative.

Two weeks ago we started working with our mentor Vyacheslav Razovskiy. During this event 8 US–Russia student teams worked under tight deadlines in order to develop and present a solution to the challenge.
Participants of the US – Russia STEM Project came up with innovative solutions for the task presented to them at the online Innovation Challenge
“In the 21st century, scientific and technological innovations have become increasingly important as we face the benefits and challenges of both globalization and a knowledge-based economy. To succeed in this new information-based and highly technological society, students need to develop their capabilities in STEM to levels much beyond what was considered acceptable in the past.” (National Science Foundation)
