Students
This project will help the US and Russian students maintain and apply their STEM knowledge and skills and combine it with “soft” and entrepreneurial skills to be able to think in a totally new ways, communicate clearly, see new opportunities, adapt to new situations and successfully collaborate. By working with students from another country they will develop the cultural sensitivity essential in the global business arena. Students will benefit from interaction with industry experts, and get recognition for their achievements.
Teachers
Teachers can learn how to incorporate STEM, entrepreneurship and international dimension into the teaching / learning process.
Business
Business people will have an opportunity to communicate with an age group very different from their current and long-time employees. Mentoring is an experience that instructs both the one being mentored and the one doing the mentoring. We also believe there will be an advantage for participating business people to understand how to work with this generation of students who will become customers, suppliers or employees in the future.
